Environmental biotechnology including wastewater treatment; biological nutrient removal from stormwater and wastewater from municipal, industrial and agricultural sources; anaerobic digestion of livestock waste, biosolids and municipal solid waste; recirculating aquaculture and aquaponic systems; algal wastewater treatment and biofuel production systems.
