Information For:

Financial Aid

There are three primary means of obtaining financial assistance through the University. They are:

Student Employment
The Department offers limited financial assistance to qualified students. Preference is shown to graduate students and seniors. The work may involve laboratory work, research study, or general office assistance. For employment opportunities outside the Department, the student is directed to the Employment Opportunities Board in the concourse of the Student Services building and the Career Resource Center.

University Financial Aid
USF makes every effort to ensure that no qualified student is denied access to an education due to inadequate funds. The office of Financial Aid (SVC 1102) provides information and applications for all financial aid programs. For more information contact the Financial Aid Office at (813) 974-4700.

Scholarships
The Office of Financial Aid (SVC 1102) maintains a Scholarship Resource Center with information and applications. In addition, the College of Engineering offers many college-wide and Department-specific scholarships ranging from $250 - $1500. A list of the College of Engineering's undergraduate scholarships along with their requirements is available from the College of Engineering's Dean's Office.
