Graduate Students


In contrast to undergraduate degree programs, graduate programs are more flexible with regard to specific course work. As an initial step in designing a graduate program, it is important for a student to select a graduate committee chairman who normally will direct the thesis or project and serve as the student's advisor. In consultation with the committee chairman, a student should form a committee early by selecting at least two additional faculty members who can best give guidance in constructing a graduate program.
